Dr. Le is the Chief Medical Officer of Texas Regional Physicians and has ABMS board certifications in both Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and Interventional Pain Medicine. He completed medical school and residency at Baylor College of Medicine and Interventional Pain Medicine fellowship at UCLA. Dr. Le excels in numerous interventional pain procedures and utilizes a multi-disciplinary approach to treat pathology of the spine, soft tissue, and peripheral joints.

Pain Management

Dr. Leung first obtained a degree in chemical engineering before finding his calling in the field of medicine. Dr. Leung attended medical school at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio and then proceeded to complete anesthesia residency at the University of New Mexico where he took a special interest in improving safety in the operating room.

Ayesha Jain, MD

Pain Management

Dr. Jain is a Board Certified in both Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine. She believes in a multimodal approach to pain management with the goal of improved functionality and quality of life for her patients to help them get back to enjoying day to day activities. She completed her undergraduate studies at Texas A&M University in College Station, TX, and graduated with honors.

Leonard Kibuule, MD

Dr. Kibuule is a fellowship-trained, board certified orthopedic spine surgeon specializing in spinal injuries and disorders. Dr. Kibuule is especially trained to perform minimally invasive spine surgery and has a special interest and extensive experience in the treatment of adult scoliosis, spinal deformities and motion preserving procedures.

Ali Qadeer, MD

Dr. Qadeer is a fellowship-trained Orthopaedic sports medicine surgeon specializing in sports injuries and arthroscopic surgery. Dr. Qadeer is especially trained in shoulder surgery ranging from arthroscopic repairs/reconstructions to complex shoulder reconstructions. He has a particular interest in shoulder arthroplasty.

Lisa Lau, PA-C, specializes in orthopedic injuries and sports medicine. She also assists with ligament reconstruction and various orthopedic procedures. She did her training at King’s College Physician Assistant Program in Pennsylvania before returning to Houston to join Texas Regional Physicians.

Sandra Huls, ApRN, NP

Pain Management

Sandra Huls is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, Family Nurse Practitioner at Texas Regional Clinic. Her specialty area includes pain management and spine surgery. With her background as a Doctor of Chiropractic and master’s degree in nutrition, she is able to treat each patient holistically so that each patient can reach their goals.
